Musical Hoops
Students are introduced to the five health related concepts, muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular endurance, body composition and flexibility through a game of musical hoops which incorporates math operations.

Dice Freeze Tag
Students are each given a dice number and then they play a tag game. When tagged, they must add/subtract the number of the person that tagged them to their number, before re-entering the game.

Lucky Rock and Roll Fitness
Students, while listening to upbeat music playing in the background, are introduced to six different exercises: push ups, curl ups, jumping jacks, squat thrusts, windmills, and leg lifts. They participate in a game called Fitness Gamble.

Students choose six exercises or sports movements. These should be ones students are familiar with, in order to save time. Assign each a number on the die (see "materials" above); hang the big poster for all to see.
