Claude Tidd was an RCMP officer in the Yukon and an avid photographer. Together with his wife, Mary, a prolific letter-writer, they documented life in the Yukon as they lived and saw it. They intermingled with all strata of society and the workforce, from First Nations to missionaries to a Member of Parliament. This exhibit tells their story and the story of the Yukon of their time. Lesson plans and a game accompany the site.
