Students investigate the acidity of foods using titration. In this acidity of foods lesson plan, students find the acid concentration of 4 fruit juices by titrating them each with sodium hydroxide and an indicator to find the end point. Students test the same juices with a pH meter and test 2 brands of coffee with the pH meter. Students also titrate a solution of vinegar and test the solutions with pH paper and compare their results.
