(This lesson is for a more advanced class such as honors or AP Biology.) The lesson will look at one of the most important tools to the molecular biologist, PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction). The students will learn the science behind PCR and the steps scientists go through to do PCR. The students will design a slideshow presentation to explain the science of PCR to others.
