This activity uses an interdisciplinary approach involving literature, math, and writing. Using the book, Inch by Inch, by Leo Lionni students will explore the world of measurement. They will have the opportunity to practice measuring objects with inchworms like in the book. They will also have a chance to use creative thinking to write their own stories.
