The purpose of this instructional activity is to acquire appropriate calendar vocabulary for future use in exercises, dialogues and everyday conversations. This instructional activity should be followed by a series of lessons on perfecting the knowledge of the newly acquired vocabulary, learning how to use it in speech situations, identifying and giving out the dates and days of the week for particular events, etc.
