Alex: The Louisiana Purchase: An Offer We Couldn't Refuse

This instructional activity explores the circumstances surrounding the United States' acquisition of the Louisiana Territory. To research these topics learners will integrate a variety of print and technology resources. Students will apply the results of the research to produce a multimedia presentation supplemented by a brochure created through the application of desktop publishing software.
