In Cooperative/Collaborative groups, this lesson will actively engage students to subtract positive and negative integers. An "Essential Question" will be used to activate background knowledge and set the purpose for understanding integers. Students will play board games, use the Internet to play interactive games, and watch videos about subtracting integers.
