Written to follow "Bacteria Lab I: Preparing Agar Plates and Culturing Bacteria," also found via the Lesson Planet site, this lab sheet instructs your microbiologists to test a bacteriocide for effectiveness. In the preceding lab, they have already prepared nutrient agar plates and cultured bacteria on them, so this part cannot stand alone. Also note that there is no materials list provided so you will need to read through the lab ahead of time to make sure you have all of the equipment required.
