The aim of this lesson is to get students writing about what Archaeologists do and how they use material data to study the past. They compose a story where they imagine they are an archaeologist on a dig in Africa. They edit, post their stories on the class blog, and make comments of their peers stories. Great lesson on its own or in the context of the unit.
