Young scholars study how the ocean stabilizes our planet's climates and how global warming is becoming a threat to this fine balance.  In this climate change instructional activity, students identify that fossil fuel emissions are responsible for global warming. Young scholars then are introduced to the alternative forms of energy and obtain knowledge about how we can help reduce our energy consumption. Students conduct simple experiments to discover the effects of climate change on the ocean.
