Here is a wonderful way to teach children with visual impairments how to count and build number recognition skills. Included, you will find a set of instructions on how to create a counting book from card stock, jump rings, and cotton swabs. You create a series of pages each containing a braille number and a flap. Under the flap is the corresponding number of cotton swabs for little learners to count. It's tactile, developmentally appropriate, and a lot of fun!
