Daily Writing Prompts April

A great resource that can be used every year during the month of April. This handout includes over 30 writing prompts, one or two for every day in the month of April. Each writing prompt is tailored to its specific day, as they are related to holidays or historical events. Young writers are prompted to write narrative, explanatory, and creative responses. For example, on April 21st, Kindergarten Day, writers reflect on their favorite memory from kindergarten.
