Young scholars analyze the adaptive nature of the U.S. Constiution. In this Amendments instructional activity, students listen to their instructor present a lecture regarding the amendment process. Young scholars respond to question regarding the amendment process and then participtate in an activity that requires them to analyze the proposition of the "Safe in America" amendment.
