Students read books by the same author and compare what they find.  In this Dr. Seuss lesson, students learn about Dr. Seuss' writing style, listen for the rhyme scheme in his stories, and create a KWL chart on Dr. Seuss.  Students read And To Think I Saw It On Mulberry Street and answer comprehension questions.  Students work in literacy groups to read a book by Dr. Seuss and use a sequence or story chart to put the story events in order.
