An Ottoman Gold Coin, the recto has four lines of Naskh inscription, surrounded by the remains of an incised ornament, now erased. The verso bears the "toghra" (which means the sultan's monogram) with five lines of inscription and a star. The center is encircled with a fine, but now erased, border and the remains of incised ornamentation.
