Students practice reading a piece of text with expression remembering to include their thoughts, feelings and concerns through speech. They read with expression to change the speed, inflection, volume and pitch of their voice. Each student is given a copy of the book, "Babar's Little Circus Star," by Laurent De Brunhoff.
