In this holiday elapsed time learning exercise, students determine a method to calculate how much time it would take to set off a box of 28 fireworks if one must allow six minutes for each fireworks. They determine what time they would need to set off the fireworks if they wanted to be over by 9:15 pm. There are extension activities included.
