Footbag (hacky sack) lesson two of five is about learning how to do toe picks. Learn toe picks, practice toe picks, and then practice some more. Footbag is not as easy as some might think. Foot-eye coordination must be developed. But once you get the hang of it, playing footbag with a small group of friends can be fun and entertaining.
