In this project, students select one poetic device from each of the four sections of the chart: Devices of Meaning, Sound Devices, Stucture, and Purpose. They then write an original poem of 20 lines or more incorporating the use of the four chosen devices. The final draft must be typed and annotated to show the use of the devices.
