Put everything together in a picture. Scholars take what they learned in the previous three lessons in the 15th segment of a 23-part unit to graph rational functions. They find the end behavior, the horizontal and vertical asymptotes if they exist, and sketch graphs of the functions. Pupils use graphing technology to confirm their sketches.

Instructional Ideas
- Present the class with a table of values from a rational function and have them determine horizontal and vertical asymptotes from the table
Classroom Considerations
- Individuals should know how to find asymptotes
- Some functions will have boundary lines that are not horizontal, but it will not be necessary to find the equation of them
Pros
- The exit ticket provides a large coordinate plane to use for graphing
- Includes a detailed answer key
Cons
- None
