This is a brief biography of, Governor of the Hudson Bay Company, Henry Pelly. It describes his accomplishments which include negotiating a fur trade treaty for the Alaska fur trade between the Hbc and the Russian American Fur Company. This gave the Hbc the trading rights in the Alaska panhandle.
