What's the pattern? Beginners with this skill examine four sets of objects to determine a pattern, continuing it by drawing the rest of the objects in the space provided. Next, they do the same but with two numeric patterns. These don't require any math; learners simply need identify the numbers, which are alternating (i.e. 2,3,2,3...). Can they come up with their own pattern? Consider extending with an art project on patterns.
