Every great scientist knows that the process of inquiry is a very important skill. Provide your learners with visual impairments with an opportunity to explore objects scientifically. They examine several pieces of fruit and generate questions; they then investigate the fruit by measuring it and cutting it open to reveal its contents. Note: The skills used in this lesson are very important for unsighted children to learn. They can drive how they explore and understand the world around them.
