Introduction to Sculpture

Here is a series of questions intended to get kids thinking about what they need, what they have, what they like, and how the overall environment is changed when art is added. They consider the impact of sculptural art in their community and possibly at their school. Tip: Have the class brainstorm or design a sculpture they'd like to create to beautify the school. Have them compose a paragraph explaining the sculpture's purpose and symbolism.
