In this lesson, learners investigate claims that companies make about their products and business practices they use to imply that they are environmentally friendly. Students work in groups to research the claim they chose and then present their 'case' to the class, who act as jury. The lesson would work well in a unit on propaganda or as an environmental science lesson. Includes handouts for learners.
