Focus on the number two with beginning counters as they review its word form, number form, and value. First, learners practice printing the word two, tracing it before writing it once on their own. Next, they draw two bunnies and then two fish. There is a matching section which has scholars count sets of animals to determine if there are two, and they complete a number sequence that is missing this digit. Consider challenging them to determine how many animals are in the sets that didn't have two. They can color this in once finished.
