Young scholars examine the relationships between force, mass and balance through the lens of clay sculpture. They discuss the definitions and concepts behind Newton's Third Law of motion then individually apply these principles to the creation of a well balanced clay sculpture in a dynamic pose. This plan contains modifications for all grade levels.
