Students take a variety of poses to practice overhand throwing. In this overhand throw lesson, students participate as attackers (throwing the ball) or defenders (trapping the ball). Students will be assessed on their ability to correctly throw the ball, use proper form for trapping, and keeping up the items students knock down quickly.
