Eighth graders work in teams to investigate the authority, accuracy, objectivity, currency & coverage of web sites related to tobacco use. They have previously been taught the concepts of authority, accuracy, objectivity, currency & coverage, and have been shown how to look for indicators on web sites. This is a lesson to reinforce those concepts and skills, and give additional practice.
