The goal is good in this place-value worksheet; however you may have to walk learners through it so they don't trip up on the instructions. For these six problems, they do one of two things. If they see a number, learners draw the tens and ones blocks to represent that number. If they see blocks, they write the number depicted. The problem here is that the question numbers look exactly like the given numbers. Project this on a screen and do it as a class to keep your objective clear.
