My Ten-Frame Riddle

Learners will have fun trying to trick their classmates in this interactive ten-frame riddle activity. After choosing a number and filling in the frame, they create three clues to challenge a classmate trying to guess their number. A word bank includes phrases such as odd number, less than, fewer than, skip count, more than, and full row. A handout provides three traceable sentence-starters: "My ten-frame has..." and room for learners to complete their clues.
