A large site that tracks the history of the Nebraska area begins with the formation of the earth, moves through the earliest human activity in Nebraska, and then through proto-historical and historical Nebraska. The Kansas-Nebraska Act, the dwellings of the Native Americans of the plains, African American settlers, and the challenges of living on the Plains are are presented along with historic photos. The site continues to map the history of Nebraska throughout the 20th and into the 21st century.
