Pbs Learning Media: Honoring Indigenous Experiences: Pbs All Stars Lessons

Using resources from MOLLY OF DENALI and this lesson, students will begin to understand that Indigenous Peoples have a rich culture that continues to be practiced, and are working collectively to resist erasure and misconceptions. These activities are designed to foster curiosity and exploration. Students will be engaged in authentic learning experiences, vocabulary protocols, and learn through explicit instruction. These activities use modeling and collaboration to explore the Alaska Native Values and engage with guided activities.
