Xiaobo has been named the Nobel Peace Prize winner for 2010; however he will not be at the presentation to accept. He remains in a Chinese prison due to charges "ranging from 'counter-revolutionary propaganda and incitement' to involvement with democracy and human rights movements, disturbing social order."
