Pe Central: Pe Lesson Ideas: Over, Under, Around, and Through

Through this activity, students "explore a variety of traveling skills" and "understand the concepts of moving over, under, around, and through objects." Set up an obstacle course of props, tunnels, chairs, and other objects in the gym and have students practice maneuvering over, around, and through these things. Afterward, discuss the difficulties faced by the students.
