Encourage healthy lifestyles outside of school by having your class members complete an activity log. Pupils will track a physical activity they perform each day and its duration, and then have a parent verify the activities by initialing the log. Tip: Consider administering this log after a lesson on how much exercise and movement one should accumulate on a daily basis, as well as with a separate reference sheet of various sports and activities.
