Rain, Rain Go Away

Students are introduced to "Rain, Rain, Go Away" poster. They are asked what the boy in the picture is doing, and ask them about the things he is holding. Students are told that they boy is named Johnny, and that he wants to play with his toys, but can't because of the rain. They are asked if they ever wished for something annoying to go "far away."
