High schoolers critically evaluate cultures according to their artifacts. In this Random Strategies in Archaeology lesson, Students interpret evidence in order to better understand ancient societies. High schoolers watch films that affect their predetermined definitions of interpreted artifacts. Lastly students collect artifacts and evidence around their campus and ask fellow classmates to interpret the evidence.
