Learners discover their strengths and weaknesses by rating themselves in certain areas.  In this self evaluation lesson plan, students complete a worksheet in which they rank their strengths and weaknesses in an academic setting.  Learners listen to an employer speak about the attributes they seek when hiring and list the attributes that they have.
