Students write 2-3 sentences explaining their normal procedure when preparing for a test. They discuss the reason that reviewing is important. Using an exam the students have just completed, the teacher goes over each item explaining why the answer was correct. Students create flash cards for concepts that are causing trouble. Students brainstorm other ways to study (i.e. reread notes, flashcards, asking questions).
