Students are chosen to be either cowboys or cowgirls. They use the hoppity hops for horses for the cowboys or cowgirls to ride. Students that are left are cows. They wait for the teacher's signal, the cows try to move away from the cowboys or cowgirls. Students that are cowboys or cowgirls try to tag the cows while staying on their horses.
