This CGI drawing shows the possible appearance of Baryonyx, a dinosaur from the early Cretaceous Period (around 130 million years ago). Baryonyx featured a number of adaptations which helped it hunt and eat fish, it is one of the few known fish eating dinosaurs. Baryonyx was around 8.5 metres (28 feet) in length and could weigh over 1700 kg (3700 lb).
