In this lesson plan, students will investigate how different materials changed when heated or cooled. The process in developing the investigation will be inquiry based. Students will have the liberty in choosing the materials and devising how the data will be collected. Students will be supervised while completing the heating process of produced. This will also provide students the opportunity to practice using thermometers.
