An annual Internet-based high school competition in applied mathematics is sponsored by Moody's Foundation. The Challenge brings together high school teams of three to five players who work on a realistic problem solving situation. The situation requires applied mathematical solutions worked out in a limited time. Included are problems from previous years' challenge as well as sample problems for practice.
