This Spring Potted Plants lesson plan also includes:
Young scholars identify and interpret plant growth as well as gain graphing skills and other important knowledge related to potting plants. They take a regular milk jug and cut off the top, leaving the handle and the rest intact. Then, students fill the jug with soil, and plant a rose seed. Finally, they place a small ruler in the soil, next to where they planted the seed and water the pot plant daily, and making sure it gets enough sun.
