The star drill is set up to practice throwing and catching a football. The path of whom to throw to in this group of five players is to follow the pattern of drawing a star. The players practice their skills and as they get better, another football is added. The players will have to really concentrate with two footballs being tossed around. Just make sure they are far enough apart for safety, yet close enough to be successful in the skills they are practicing.
