Pupils discuss rockets and how they work. Students research basic information about the Space Shuttle. Pupils work in collaborative groups creating "rockets" with empty film canisters. Students launch their "rockets" and record results in their journal. Pupils change launch constituents in lab and re-launch "rockets". Students draw a diagram of a rocket and explain how it works.
