This site has much to offer the Tolstoy scholar. There is a diary entry written by a young woman the day after Tolstoy's death which reveals the emotions of the Russian people at the passing of this great man. There is the text of Vladimir Chertkov's (Tolstoy's longtime personal secretary and executor of his literary estate) personal account of the author's last days. There is an album containing images of Tolstoy and also of his secretary Chertkov. There are two paintings created especially for this website entitled "The Legend of the Green Stick" and "Tolstoy in Flight." And last, there is a list of the complete works of Tolstoy.
