As you walk down the toy aisle, it's easy to see that toy packaging is based on gender stereotypes. Here, a activity challenges scholars to look past the stereotypes and value a toy for what it is and the joy it brings. Through thoughtful discussion, learners explore gender-neutral toys, complete a worksheet identifying toys for their stereotypes, then recreate their favorite toys in gender-neutral packaging.
